NTSC Publishes Op-Ed in “The Hill” About White House’s Lack of Cybersecurity Leadership

With Tom Bossert and Rob Joyce leaving the White House without any significant cybersecurity leadership replacements, a gaping void exists as cybersecurity arguably becomes our biggest national security concern. NTSC Executive Director Patrick Gaul recently published an op-ed in The Hill titled “This administration must lead on cyber.” In this piece, Patrick talks about how our cyber adversaries grow more aggressive without apparent consequences, our military’s shifts in the past few years away from a cyber “Doctrine of Restraint,” and the specific kind of cyber leadership needed in the executive branch.
