Juniper Networks’ Chief Executive Officer Rami Rahim to Speak at NTSC National CISO Policy Conference

ATLANTA, GA (August 30, 2017) – The National Technology Security Coalition today announced that Juniper Networks’ CEO, Rami Rahim, will discuss industry innovations and groundbreaking security solutions at the inaugural NTSC National CISO Policy Conference on October 5, 2017 at the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center in Atlanta.

“I look forward to talking with CISOs and other cybersecurity stakeholders about how advances in security and mission-critical solutions are being leveraged to combat cybercrime,’ said Rami Rahim, CEO, Juniper Networks. “I’m also excited to be a part of the NTSC National CISO Policy Conference’s unique program that focuses on the cyber policies and issues that affect all technology security stakeholders.”

Appointed CEO of Juniper Networks in November of 2014, Mr. Rahim is also a member of the company's Board of Directors. He began his Juniper career in early 1997 as employee No. 32 and worked as an engineer on Juniper's first breakthrough product, the M40 core router. Mr. Rahim has progressed through a series of technical and leadership roles at Juniper, applying his engineering acumen to the design and development of Juniper's industry-leading product portfolio.

“We’re thrilled to have Rami Rahim of Juniper Networks speak at our inaugural NTSC National CISO Policy Conference,” said Patrick Gaul, Executive Director of the NTSC. “As one of the technology security industry’s leading CEOs, his knowledge and insights cover the highest-level strategy to the most detailed technical mastery as seen by his 17 U.S. Patents in networking technologies. We look forward to the conversation he will have with our audience of CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other technology security executives.”

Mr. Rahim will join a lineup of speakers and panelists who will address topics including the intersection of cyber policy and technology, cyber threat intelligence sharing, GDPR, and cybersecurity and education. As a networking industry spokesperson, Mr. Rahim's insights and observations can be found via Twitter @ramirahim and his Juniper blog.

An invitation-only event for CISOs and senior cybersecurity policy stakeholders with just a handful of underwriting opportunities remaining, the NTSC National CISO Policy Conference will conclude Atlanta Cyber Week—a week of exciting Atlanta cybersecurity activity that includes Baker Donelson’s Cybersecurity Accelerator Meetup and Cybercon 2017.
